Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as they, together with the specific information about your confirmed accommodation at Gite La Cuique form the basis of your contract with us, the owners.
In these conditions “the Guest”, ‘you’ or ‘your’ includes the lead-named person on the Booking Form and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made.
“The Owner”, ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ means the owners of Gite La Cuique, Jo Munro and Stuart Thomson.
A contract between you and the owner will come into existence when payment is received and a booking confirmation is issued showing the confirmed holiday dates. The contract binds you and all the members of your party. It is your responsibility to ensure that all members of your party accept the terms of the contract set out in these Terms & Conditions. Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract and loss of booking. Bookings cannot be accepted from persons under eighteen years of age. The property is suitable mainly for 4 people but, at the discretion and agreement of the owners, the sofa-bed in the living room could be used. Please note that there would be an additional charge for more than 4 guests. Children under the age of 2 years need not be counted. The maximum number of persons staying at the accommodation during the rental period must not exceed those listed on the booking form. In the event of any breakage, the guest should let the owner know as soon as possible so that replacements can be arranged promptly. We reserve the right to enter the property at any time to undertake essential maintenance or for inspection purposes.
The balance must be paid no later than six weeks before the commencement of your holiday. If the balance is not received by the due date, then your holiday will be treated as a cancellation and the client will remain liable to pay the balance of the rent.

We will attempt to contact you if we find any items left behind, however, postage must be paid in advance before these are sent.

Notification will be given of the cancellation as soon as possible and we will promptly refund all payments made for your holiday. Our liability for cancellation will be limited to payments made to us.
We strongly advise that you take out comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellations. If you choose not to, then you accept responsibility for any loss that you may incur due to your cancellation.
