Failure to disclose all relevant information or comply with these terms may lead to termination of the contract and loss of booking. The property is suitable mainly for 4 people but, at the discretion and agreement of the owners, the sofa-bed in the living room could be used. Please note that there would be an additional charge for more than 4 guests. Children under the age of 2 years need not be counted. We reserve the right to enter the property at any time to undertake essential maintenance or for inspection purposes.
